The most important factor at Luxor are the people. For us, customer consultants and specialist partners form a stable and confident team from the very beginning.
To collaborate with Luxor as a specialist partner may surprise you at first. Because the dialogue is more intensive, more individualised, and much more direct than you might be used to. But that is a good thing. Because we don’t have anything like a call centre. We at Luxor set great store by “a good rapport” and a fair cooperation. For this reason, each installer has his own customer consultant at our company, who supports him continuously from the very beginning. Therefore, he always knows exactly what your special needs and wishes are.
